Rent or lease this charming, non-smoking one-bedroom (large), first-floor villa located in a quiet, exclusive, gated housing complex of Kuta Royal in Kuta, Bali. The beach, restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and international entertainment are situated nearby (within a one-mile radius). The complex has on-site management with amenities such as laundry, twice weekly house cleaning service, and 24-hr security. Guest can use the adjacent hotel's spacious swimming pool. Local transportation and tours can be arranged through the management office on the premises.

The 800 sq. ft. villa has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, telephone, and satellite TV. The spacious air-conditioned bedroom has 1 king-size bed with two twin-size pullout beds (i.e., 4-person maximum). The charming unit is decorated in Balinese style and has a bathroom with tub and a separate open shower with partially covered roof. The private side yard has a Balinese cabana (Bale bengong) and outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy a light meal and drink.
