* Weekly Rate: US$65/night (1-2 people); US$72/night (3-4 people)
* Monthly Rate (24 or more days): US$45/night (1-2 people); US$50/night (3-4 people)

Rates are independent of season (no high or low season rates). Maximum occupancy at the Red Ape Retreat is four persons and NO smoking is allowed inside the villa.
