PAYMENT INFORMATION
Full Payment is required upon booking the villa. Please check the availability before making payment. Once payment is received, we will contact the management company to let them know the dates you will be staying.
Methods of Payment: Payment can be made by Paypal, major Credit Cards (US only), and wire transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the payment is refundable (less 10% transaction & bank fee) if cancellation least 2 months before scheduled arrival date.
75% refundable for cancellation made at least 6 weeks before scheduled arrival date.
50% refundable for cancellation made at least 4 weeks before scheduled arrival date.
25% refundable for cancellation made at least 2 weeks before scheduled arrival date.
No refunds or rebooking if the cancellation is less than two (2) weeks of scheduled arrival date.
REBOOKING POLICY
One time rebooking is allowed if cancellation is made at least 4 weeks of initially scheduled arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit is due with the rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of check out, should there be no discrepancy with the inventory, excessive cleaning, or outstanding phone bills.
SECURITY DEPOSIT RATES
US$100 for daily rental. US$150 for weekly. US$300 for monthly. US$10 daily for leases greater than one month (maximum equal to one month rental fee).
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Responsible Party renting the Red Ape Retreat will be required to sign a Release of Liability Form and provide current photo identification (e.g. passport) upon check-in.
