· Deposit/Full Payment for Rental: 25% deposit is required to secure the space at least a month before check-in to secure the villa. Full payment is due two weeks before check-in. Once the deposit is received, we will contact the management company to let them know that you will be arriving on a specific date. If full payment is not received within two (2) weeks, an automatic cancellation will occur and no refund will be issued.

· Methods of Payment: Payment can be made by Paypal and major Credit Cards. Cashier Checks (issued in US$ only) are also accepted.

¨ Daily rate: US$80

¨ Weekly rates: US$500/$800/$1000 (1/2/3 weeks)

¨ Monthly rate: US$1200 (one month)

Rates are independent of season (no high or low season rates). Maximum occupancy at the Red Ape Retreat is four persons and NO smoking is allowed inside the villa.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

· 100% of the deposit is refundable if cancellation is made one month or more before scheduled arrival date. 75% if cancellation is made three (3) weeks before schedule arrival date. 50% if cancellation is made two (2) weeks before scheduled arrival. No refunds if the cancellation is less than two (2) weeks of scheduled arrival date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

· US$100 security deposit is required for daily rental. US$150 for weekly. US$300 for monthly. Security deposit is due with the final payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of check out, should there be no discrepancy with the inventory or outstanding phone bills.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

· Responsible Party renting the Red Ape Retreat will be required to sign a Release of Liability Form and provide current photo identification (e.g. passport) upon check-in.
